    The Havre High girls basketball team won't have a chance to win the 2013 Class A state championship. Not after the Laurel Locomotives shut the Blue Ponies down 46-35 Friday night in a semifinal clash at the Butte Civic Center.     Right now, the Havre High boys basketball team needs a win. Things haven't gone well as of late for the Blue Ponies, but they do have a shot at emerging from a tough stretch of losses with two good wins.
