    Lacey The Boy, 30, is being held on felony charges after a disturbance 600 block of 1st Street West Saturday morning. Officers said they responded to several 911 calls that someone had a gun and a bat and was going after a pickup. Police they were unable to verify that a gun was shot in the incident. By the time police had arrived at the scene, both the pickup and a gray car with the other participants, had left the scene.     Eyewitnesses said that Saturday at around 10:45 a.m. there was a shooting just West of the Town House Inn on Highway 2. A car allegedly pulled up alongside a truck and is said to have opened fire on the truck before pulling out and heading West.
