    After three days of competitions, displays and various cooking contests, the 66th Annual Montana Seed Show wrapped up Saturday.     NorthWestern Energy crews were at work replacing a power pole that was taken out by a fire this morning in North Havre on 1st Street West. Butch Larcombe, a spokesperson for NorthWestern Energy, said that 150 people were out of power from 5 to around 8:15 a.m. this morning after an equipment failure started a fire on a power pole.     Havre Fire Department, U.S. Border Patrol and Canada Border Service Agency-Wild Horse teams took to the ice Friday to throw rocks.
