    Winter returned to this region with a late-March snowstorm last week, with chances of light snow still in the forecast through the weekend, though with warmer temperatures.     Havre Daily News staff Parents of preschool children in the area have been advised by Bear Paw Cooperative that early childhood screenings it sponsors are set for this week. The screenings are by appointment only and parents are asked to call to set an appointment. Chinook, Hartland Colony, Zurich, Davey, Bear Paw and Cleveland school districts parents are being offered screenings from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, in Meadowlark Elementary School in Chinook.
