    Government deceit, a failed terrorist plot and Shakespeare are all part of the latest production being put on by Montana Actors' Theatre, known as MAT. "Equivocation," an off-Broadway play written by Bill Cain, will begin its three-week run Friday at the Little Theatre on the Montana State University-Northern campus.     People who eat food at Havre Pizza Hut today can donate money to the 4-H Herdsmanship Club. The newly formed club helps promote good care of animals. Kodi Kym, an adviser to the club, said the members will be performing a variety of activities during the Great Northern Fair this summer.     With Memorial Day approaching, the Hill County Sheriff’s Office and Havre Police Departments want to remind people that all Hill County public cemeteries are closed after dark, and there will be extra law enforcement patrolling the areas.     Press release WILD HORSE — U.S. Customs and Border Protection Office of Field Operations has announced the Port of Wild Horse north of Havre now is operating on its summer hour schedule of 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., daily. The summer hours began May 15 and will continue until Sept. 30. The winter schedule of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. will resume Oct. 1.
