    Larry Strizich has been appointed the permanent dean of the College of Technical Sciences at Montana State University-Northern. This appointment was effective Wednesday and is the result of a nationwide search.     The people at Havre Ford hope they can fill a pickup with peanut butter to help fill the shelves of the Havre Food Bank. Ford dealerships throughout the country are taking part in the program.
