    After deliberating more than 4½ hours, a jury today was unable to reach a verdict in the main charge in the Shane Johnson murder trial in Havre, but convicted Johnson of the lesser included offense of negligent homicide. Johnson, born in 1968, was accused of murder in the Nov. 9 death of his brother, Travis Johnson.     The defense of a man accused of murdering his brother Nov. 9 called only two witnesses in his defense Monday, with the first being the defendant himself.     Lloyd Haymaker passed away Sept. 19, 2014, in Kalispell, Montana. He was born May 12, in Rudyard, Montana, to Emery and Edna Haymaker. Lloyd grew up on a farm north of Rudyard.
