    Results are mainly in for local legislative races although in one, it is still too close to call. With 25 of 26 precincts reported at 10 this morning, incumbent Sen. Russ Tempel, R-Chester, held a 79-vote lead over his challenger, Havre Democrat Paul Tuss. The difference was less than the number of provisional ballots that will be counted in Hill County alone.   • Havre High taking precautions after threat discovered in bathroom

    An increased presence of police will be at Havre High School Thursday -- in addition to the Havre police officer already stationed there as a resource officer -- after a threat was discovered in a boys’ bathroom at the school this afternoon.     U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested a 51-year old Honduran national Monday afternoon in Havre after a brief pursuit. He told the Border Patrol agents that he ran because he was illegally present in the United States, a release from the Border Patrol said.
