Hi-Line Athletes of the Week

Grayson Brenna, Havre Wrestling

Havre High sophomore Grayson Brenna was on a mission this weekend at the Class A state tournament in Billings.

And that mission didn't end until he was standing on the podium as the 105-pound Class A champion Saturday night. Brenna defeated Sidney's Ethan Graves 9-2 in the championship match, capping off a brilliant run at state, where he pinned his first three opponents. Brenna was in the finals for the second straight year, while he also helped his team capture the Class A trophy.

Neya Bischoff, Havre Girls Basketball

Havre High senior basketball player Neya Bischoff averages just six points per game for the Blue Ponies. But there's no telling where they'd be without her this season. Bischoff is one of the top offensive rebounders in Class A, and she's having a standout senior season, while helping Havre to a first-place tie in the Central A with game to go. A three-year letter-winner for the Ponies, Bischoff has led HHS in rebounding most night, just as she did last Friday against Conrad. Bischoff also runs cross country and throws on the HHS track team.
