Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a report made Tuesday at 7:31 a.m. of vandalism to a car at a 1st Street business.

Officers investigated a complaint from 2nd Street West caller Tuesday at 12:43 p.m. that someone had stolen his identity.

After receiving a report at 2:13 p.m. Tuesday of a disorderly student at Havre High School, responding officers issued a summons for disorderly conduct to a 14-year-old student.

———

A caller at Sunnyside Intermediate School reported Tuesday at 2:24 p.m. that items stolen were stolen from a student's backpack, and officers investigated the incident.

Officers investigated Tuesday at 4:16 p.m. an incident of a female caught on camera shoplifting at a 5th Avenue business.

Tuesday at 4:59 p.m. officers investigated a report that a bicycle was stolen from a 6th Avenue residence.

A complaint was made Tuesday at 7:06 p.m. at the police station by a man who had recently returned to the area a found that someone had opened an account using his name.

A 43-year-old man participating in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was arrested Tuesday at 8:24 p.m. for violation of conditions of release.

After a 3rd Street caller reported a party with underage drinkers at 9:37 p.m. Tuesday, officers arrested a 21-year-old Havre man on a Justice or City court warrant. Another arrest was made, but no further details were provided.

Officers investigated a report made Tuesday at 10:13 p.m. of a camper and shed run into at a 14th Avenue residence.

An officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity near the viaduct today at 12:27 a.m. and issued a summons to a 24-year-old Havre man for criminal contempt and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

After a domestic disturbance was reported on Bonine Drive at 1:27 a.m. today, officers arrested a 22-year-old Havre woman for partner or family member assault and a 22 year-old Havre man for criminal contempt.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies served a state District Court warrant to a 30-year-old male inmate from Box Elder Tuesday at 1:32 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a report made at 11:04 p.m. Tuesday of two shoplifters at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Havre Fire Department

Tuesday, emergency medical services made one transport to the airport and responded to one medical call.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held a female black and tan German shepherd, a female tan, black and white heeler-mix and a male black and tan cat.
