Havre Police Department

A noninjury, two-vehicle motor vehicle crash between a GMC Sierra and a Chevrolet Silverado was investigated after officers received an 8:36 a.m. Friday call from 15th Street and 7th Avenue.

Barbara Ann Converse, 56, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 11:27 a.m. Friday on 10th Avenue and 4th Street.

A noninjury motor vehicle crash between a white car and a stop sign was investigated after officers received an 11:48 a.m. Friday call from 4th Avenue.

———

Jonathan Wade Stump, 30, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 4:26 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a man begging for money and then going to a red truck, taking something from it and putting it in his coat.

Ryan Scott Broadbrooks, 20, of Havre was arrested on a charge of probation violation and on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 8:16 p.m. Friday on 14th Avenue.

Irvin Todd Turner, 36, of Havre, was issued a summons on a charge of violation of a protective order after officers responded to an 817 p.m. Friday call from Havre High School about a man with a temporary restraining order being with the protected person.

Betty Baily Ranes, 53, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of failure to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle and reckless driving after officers investigated a 9:29 p.m. Friday call from 9th Avenue about a 1980 Chrysler being hit and run on.

Dillon Jon Cornell, 21, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and littering after an officer made a 12:52 a.m. Saturday motor vehicle stop on 1st Street.

Rico Adrian Paz, 22, of Havre was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after officers investigated a 2:19 a.m. Saturday call from Morgan Hall at Montana State University-Northern about a marijuana odor coming from a vehicle.

Two arrested were made after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 3:02 a.m. Saturday on 14th Street. No other information was available.

Selena Jean Valdez, 56, of Havre was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and failure to carry or produce proof of insurance after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 12:12 p.m. Saturday on 2nd Street.

Jodell Downhour, 51, of Havre was issued a summons for dog at large after officers responded to a 12:40 p.m. Saturday call from 1st Avenue about a dog going after the calling party that morning.

———

Officers investigated a 4:22 p.m. Saturday complaint at the police station about a protection order violation.

———

Nichole Lee Gregori, 24, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served it at 8:49 p.m. Saturday at a 1st Street West business.

Caleb Dominique Jones, 20, of Havre was arrested on charges of trespassing, criminal contempt and two Justice or City court warrants after officers responded to a 10:13 p.m. Saturday call from MacKenzie Hall at MSU-N about a man with a trespass notice.

Two arrests were made after 10:52 p.m. Saturday call from Cleveland Avenue about assault.

Officers investigated an 11:53a.m. Sunday call from 12th Avenue about a door that was kicked in and a television that was stolen.

A noninjury, two-vehicle motor vehicle crash between and red Dodge truck and a red car was investigated after officers responded to a 2:59 p.m. Sunday call from 6th Avenue.

Justin James Martin, 36, of Havre was issued a summons for a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to a 10:05 p.m Sunday call from a 1st Street West business about a man who stole some enhancement pills from the store.

Robert Manuel Arellano, 37, of Havre was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer and contept and Ruth Lydia Reyes, 45, of Havre was arrested on a charge of making a false report to law enforcement after officers responded to a 1:24 a.m. Monday call from 9th Avenue about a man that the calling party wanted removed.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday and two calls Monday.

Firefighters were called to the 3500 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West to investigate a gas smell.

Animal Shelter

A tan and white female mix-breed puppy was placed in the shelter Jan. 27 and a black, white and tan male border collie-mix was placed in the shelter Feb. 3.
