Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 9:47 a.m. Monday call about a temporary restraining order violation.

Wesley James-David Hansen, 27, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant after officers served the warrant at 4:18 p.m. Monday at the police station.

———

Officers investigated a 5:36 p.m. Monday call from 5th Street about the calling party’s niece being punched at school.

———

Allen Taylor Parsons, 22, of Great Falls was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and failure to carry or produce proof of insurance after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street at 8:59 p.m. Monday.

Lawrence Elliot Adams, 36, of Harlem was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 12:31 a.m. call today from Northern Montana Hospital about a transferred patient who needed a place to stay for the night.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Samuel Alexander St. Marks, 33, of Havre was arrested on a charge of assault with a weapon after deputies responded to an 11:02 a.m. Monday call from U.S. Highway 2 East about a man who was hit in the head with a shovel.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday and one call Tuesday.

Firefighters were called to the 800 Block of 4th Street at 9:31 a.m. Monday to investigate a smoke detector activation that was caused by burnt food.

Firefighters were called to the 600 Block of 14th Street at 5:13 p.m. Monday to investigate a gas smell that turned out to be a sewer gas smell caused by work being done on the other side of the street.

Animal Shelter

A tan and white female mix-breed puppy was placed in the shelter Jan. 27, a brown, black and white female mix-breed puppy Feb. 23, a gray male cat Feb. 27, a brown and white female Maltese March 8, and a red female pit bull March 11.
