Havre Police Department

An 8-year-old was issued a summons after officers responded to a 2:10 p.m. Monday call from Lincoln-McKinley School about a disruptive student. No other information was given.

Officers investigated a 2:47 p.m. Monday call from the Hill County Detention Center about an inmate requesting to speak to an officer about an assault that happened last week.

Officers investigated a 4:11 p.m. Monday question at the police station about a temporary restraining order violation.

A two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash was investigated after officers received a 5:11 p.m. Monday call from a 5th Avenue business.

Officers investigated a 9:42 p.m. Monday call from 1st Street Northeast about the calling party having a 6-year-old boy at her apartment and wanted assistance in looking for his mother.

Officers investigated a 12:15 a.m call today from 2nd Street Northeast about the calling party’s significant other being intoxicated and “looking at her evil like.”

Officers investigated a possible temporary restraining order violation reported at 2 a.m. today at the police station.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A warrant was served at the Hill County Sheriff’s Office at 11:42 a.m. Monday. No other information was given.

John Irvin Ironmaker, 33, of Havre was arrested on charges of trespassing and criminal contempt and Aubrey Celine Briere, 26, of Havre was arrested on a charge of trespassing after deputies assisted a law agency at 5:10 p.m. Monday in the Hillside Trailer Court area.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday.
