Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident Tuesday at 6:28 a.m. on 7th Street. The caller’s vehicle was reportedly hit by someone during the night.

Officers investigated a report from U.S. Highway 2 of theft, forgery and fraud Tuesday at 9:18a.m. concerning a possibly stolen ATV.

Dawn Faye Vanek, 31, of Havre was arrested Tuesday at 12:30 p.m on a Justice or City court warrant and criminal contempt. The caller reported Vanek should be dry and thinks she had been drinking.

A 13-year-old was issued a summons Tuesday at 4:29 p.m. on charges of driving without a driver’s license, failing to notify owner of damage to property or street, reckless driving and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Officers investigated a report from 10th Street Tuesday at 5:58 p.m. concerning vandalism. The caller reported that a boy in a brown jacket, black shoes and black pants kicked in an office window and took off running toward 11st Street.

Officers investigated a three-vehicle non-injury crash Tuesday at 6:34 p.m. at a 1st Street business.

Bridgit Rae Cowan, 25, of Havre was arrested Tuesday at 7:12 p.m. on a charge of probation violation. The caller reported that two probationers were in a room together and were not supposed to have contact.

Rochelle Lynn Jones, 26, of Havre was arrested Tuesday at 10:28 p.m. on a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of criminal mischief or vandalism and criminal contempt. She allegedly punched out a window of a house and went down an alley.
