Officers investigated a 2:09 p.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street West business about a theft that happened earlier.

Officers investigated a 2:30 p.m. Thursday call from 9th Street about the calling party’s back door being broken down and some of the current tenant’s stuff stolen.

Officers investigated a 3:03 p.m. Thursday call from 10th Street about some shovels that were taken and a yard torn up.

Officers investigated a 5:20 p.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street business about a gas drive-off of $45.21 by what looked like a silver Jeep Cherokee.

A noninjury, two-minivan motor vehicle crash was investigated after officers received a 5:39 p.m. Thursday call from 1st Street.

Brian George Gilmartin, 74, of Havre was arrested on a charge of dog at large after officers investigated a 6:56 p.m. Thursday call from 9th Street and 2nd Avenue about an older man walking his white poodle in the street and it almost causing a wreck.

A summons was issued to someone after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 7:28 p.m. Thursday at the police office.

Larae Ann Sunchild was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8:02 p.m. Thursday at the police station.

Officers investigated a 12:12 a.m. call this morning from 4th Street about the calling party’s daughter stealing a vehicle.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Amanda Nicole Buck, 36, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 4:44 p.m. Thursday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday and two calls this morning.
