Sheldon Joseph Flying, 45, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of theft from buildings and criminal contempt after officers investigated a 9:36 p.m. Friday call from 12th Street about a 50-inch television missing from a home.

Phillip Decelles, 26, off Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 10:26 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a person sleeping under a delivery vehicle.

An 11:07 p.m. Friday call from 6th Street North about two men who were driving a motorcycle and crashed it who needed an ambulance was investigated by police.

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations after officers responded to a 1:27 a.m. Saturday call from 6th Street about the calling party’s son taking off.

Officers investigated an 11:02 a.m. Saturday complaint at the police station about the complainant wanting to know information on a vehicle that was stolen.

John Randall Brockie, 25, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of theft of belongings from a motor vehicle after an officer investigated suspicious activity at a 1st Street establishment at 11:41 p.m. Saturday.

Jed Thomas Bengtson, 31, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and parking on a roadway after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 1:27 a.m. Sunday on 10th Street West.

Officers investigated a 10:36 a.m. Sunday call from Washington Avenue about the calling party wanting to speak to an officer about his neighbor.

Dusty Jefferson Clau Blackman, 27, of Havre, was arrested on a charge of trespassing after officers responded to a 4:04 p.m. Sunday call from 1st Street Northeast.

David Larry Sanchez Jr., 29, of Harlem was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and disorderly conduct after officers investigated a 10:11 p.m. Sunday call from 1st Street Northeast about someone kicking and hitting a door at an apartment.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 7:17 a.m. Friday call from U.S. Highway 2 about a report of a stolen truck.

Leon James Houle, 30, of Box Elder was transported from Rocky Boy Agency to the Hill County Detention Center after being arrested on charges of probation violation and possession of drug paraphernalia and on a state District Court warrant at 5:11 a.m. Saturday.

Mavis Lynn Cochran, 47, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and probation violation and Vickie Gail Cochran, 46, of Box Elder was arrested on a state District Court warrant after deputies investigated a 10:21 p.m. Saturday call from a 3rd Street North establishment about a disturbance.

Deputies investigated a 3:18 p.m. Sunday call from a U.S. Highway 2 West business about lost necklace pendants.

Joe Don Demontiney, 33, of Big Sandy was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after deputies assisted another agency north of Northern Winz Casino at 2:57 this morning.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, one call Saturday, two calls Sunday and one call this morning.

Animal Shelter

A male black cat was placed in the shelter Jan. 20, a male black cat Feb. 20, a female tan and white Jack Russell terrierMarch 27, a female tan and white Brittney spaniel and a male cream and brown Shih Tzu March 30.
