The following cases were resolved in Hill County Justice Court by Judge Audrey Barger in March.

Stella Ereaux, born in 1975, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended and five credited, for issuing a bad check; was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, for issuing a bad check; and was ordered to pay $300 restitution on the case.

Leah Huntley, born in 1978, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 135 days suspended, for criminal contempt.

Maunaloa Brockie, born in 1979, was sentenced to 180 day in jail, 133 days suspended and 45 credited, for criminal contempt.

Lori A. Talksdifferent, no date of birth provided, was fined $500 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for negligent endangerment; was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for minor in possession, over age 18, first offense; and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 day in jail, all days suspended, for endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

Christina Faith Eagleman, born in 1993, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Nathaniel Issac Windyboy, born in 1982, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 172 days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license. In a later case, Windyboy was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license and was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Ryan Richard Bedwell, born in 1975, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 172 days suspended and five credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Jena Shea Johnson, born in 1987, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. In a later case, Johnson was fined $500, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and ordered to pay $46.70 restitution for theft, obtaining or exerting control over property, second offense.

Jolin Maree Sunchild, born in 1983, was fined $500 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

Michael Patrick Leeds, born in 1949, was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 day in jail, 174 days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

Timothy Anthony Kunz Jr., born in 1988, was fined $100 and sentenced to unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage in vehicle on a highway and was found not guilty of driving under the influence.

Robin Juanita Elmore, born in 1982, was found not guilty of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

——

Colin Tracy Daychild, born in 1970, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license, amended from driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Isaiah Joseph Turntoes, born in 1996 was fined $150 for minor in possession, over age 18, first offense.

Dustin Dolan Hamper, born in 1990, was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Timothy Coleman, born in 1961, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for unlawful possession of hunting or fishing license, amended from nonresident license or permit offenses, false statement by nonresident.

Veronica Sue Skidmore, born in 1972, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Malan William Emerson, born in 1994, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

——

Chet Travis Shrauger, born in 1994, was fined $150 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

——

Keenan Patrick Bibeau, born in 1995, was fined $150 for MIP, over 18, first offense, amended from third or subsequent offense.

——

Shanna Stephens, born in 1970, was fined $200 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license, amended from driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, and was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Russell Lee Deny, born in 1985, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 day in jail, 178 days suspended and one credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Harrold Joseph Bourg, born in 1976, was fined $400 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license, amended from driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

CeeCee A. Jackson, born in 1991, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Lonnie Royce Levaldo, born in 1979, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. In a later, case, Levaldo was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 174 days suspended and four credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Glenn Kevin Eagleman Sr., born in 1955, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Sharlie Rose Mountainchief, born in 1990, was fined $200 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one.

A boy born in 1998 pleaded guilty to violating first year restrictions on driver’s license, no fine or sentence listed.

William James Gopher, born in 1975, pleaded guilty to displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle, no fine or sentence listed, and was sentenced to 10 day in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Dale E. Yuzik, born in 1970, forfeited $100 bond for log not being current.

——

Sheyleighn Kierstin Lamere, born in 1995, was fined $100 for speeding, 97 mph in a 65 mph zone.

Devron Cardell Ralston, born in 1987, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license and was fined $350 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

Dean Richard Kovar, born in 1949, forfeited $100 bond for no or improper medical certification in driver’s possession.

——

Matthew Caleb Scott, born in 1987, forfeited $100 bond for each of two charges: operating a commercial vehicle without proper endorsement and failing to follow conditions and requirements of special permit.

Myron L. Oats, born in 1973, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of insurance, first offense.

Randy David Faldalen, born in 1982, was ordered to pay $50 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sarah Lienne Lienhart, born in 1992, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia; was sentenced to 365 days in jail, 360 days suspended, for criminal possession of marijuana, second offense; and was ordered to pay $400 restitution on the case.

Kaleb Steven Dobrenz, born in 1996, forfeited $200 bond for failing to give notice by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000.

Alanis Melton, born in 1996, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Amanda L. Meyer, born in 1984, forfeited $100 bond for violation of Fish, Wildlife and Parks commission or department orders or rules.

Joshua D. Meyer, born in 1984, forfeited $100 bond for violation of Fish, Wildlife and Parks commission or department orders or rules.

——

Scott D. Seidel, born in 1964, forfeited $250 bond for exceeding 34,000 pounds tandem axle weight limit.

Jeannie Michelle Adams, born in 1967, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Sheldon Ray Molendyk, born in 1992, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 day in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense. In a later case, Molendyk was fined $350 and sentenced to 10 day in jail, all days suspended, for another count of failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Petru Cojocaru, born in 1991, forfeited $200 bond for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

Clifford Justin Price, born in 1974, forfeited $125 bond for exceeding the maximum gross weight allowed any group of axles.

Melissa Morsette Nagel, born in 1976, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and one credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, third or subsequent offense.

A boy born in 1997 was fined $100 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and fined $200 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one.

Rochelle Ann Booker, born in 1982, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Brian D. Lockner, born in 1989, forfeited $100 bond for violation of FWP commission or department orders or rules.

——

Jamiw L. Skillings-Whitten, born in 1990, forfeited $100 bond for violation of FWP commission or department orders or rules.

——

Cody Michael Shambo, born in 1982, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Christopher Lee Davidson, born in 1992, forfeited $250 bond for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

——

Marinezperez Lazaro, born in 1972, forfeited $200 bond for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

——

Miguel Ley, born in 1994, forfeited $200 bond for failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000.

——

Saranjit Singh Bains, born in 1963, forfeited $200 bond for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

——

Gabriel Coriz, born in 1964, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Travis Lane Nailon, born in 1991, forfeited $100 bond for medical certificate being expired.

——

Dennis Stanley Freeman, born in 1970, was found guilty of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, no fine or sentence listed; was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense; and was ordered to pay $400 restitution on the case.

Mavis Lynn Cochran, born in 1967, was fined $50 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, seven days suspended and three credited, for disorderly conduct.

——

Joe Don Demontiney, born in 1981, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 166 days suspended and one credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Michael Lee Alexander, born in 1975, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for assault.

In March, Judge Barger also dealt with 111 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, and she or the prosecution dismissed 37 charges and one citation was voided by the ticketing agency. Barger transferred 35 citations to another court, issued 10 search warrants and held 27 probable cause hearings for cases out of her jurisdiction. Additionally, four suspended sentences or deferred impositions of sentencing were revoked and reinstated and five probation and parole violations went before the judge
