Officers investigated an 11:54 a.m. Thursday call from 7th Street about littering and garbage in a vacant lot.

A summons was issued after officers responded to a 1:23 p.m. Thursday call from Montana State University-Northern about poodle on campus with no leash or owner.

A motor vehicle crash between a 2007 Dodge Stratus and another vehicle was investigated at 4:01 p.m. Thursday in the alley of 3rd Avenue.

Anthony Dominick Harkins, 33, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and criminal contempt after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 4:55 p.m. Thursday on 1st Street.

Officers investigated an 11:01 p.m. Thursday call from 2nd Street Northeast about calling party’s daughter going missing.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Grant Winters, 19, homeless, was arrested on a charges of trespassing after deputies responded to an 8:42 a.m. Thursday complaint from a U.S. Highway 2 Northeast business about a man sleeping in a guest’s work truck.

Jenell Rene Leo, 38, of Havre was served a Justice or City court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 10:38 a.m. Thursday.

Deputies investigated a 6:39 p.m. Thursday call complaint at the sheriff’s office about a generator found at the complainant's residence in Fort Belknap that someone brought and that he believes was stolen.

Deputies investigated a 6:49 p.m. Thursday call from the Rudyard Fire Station about a dog bite.

Deputies investigated a 7:20 p.m. Thursday call from the Box Elder area about a stolen vehicle.

Linda Luise Azure, 56, of Havre was charged with contempts for which a justice of the peace may punish at the HCDC at 9:04 p.m. Thursday.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday and one this morning.
