Havre Police Department

After a resident from 1st Street Northeast requested to talk to an officer about another tenant at 11:09 a.m. Monday, officers investigated the complaint.

Kelly Schroeder Schwartzkopf, 45, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of dog registration and vaccination required after a 13th Street West caller reported Monday at 3:24 p.m. a dog had bit her 4-year-old son.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Heather Rose Cochran, 27, of Harlem was arrested on a Justice Court warrant at Hill County Detention Center at 12:09 p.m. Friday.

Nichole Lynn Bell, 36, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia, after a 6th Street North caller reported Saturday at 6:57 p.m. that a woman was kicking on a door and deputies were called to assist another agency at 9:15 p.m. at a 2nd Avenue West location.

Deputies were called to a U.S. Highway 2 West business Monday at 6:47 p.m. to investigate suspicious activity.

Deputies investigated a missing camper reported from 33rd Ave. Northeast Monday at 7 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday and one at 4 a.m. Saturday. This report did not arrive until after deadline Monday.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday and one this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held an orange male cat with a red collar, a black and white male cat, a black female kitten, a female tan terrier-mix, a female tan and white Jack Russell terrier, a male black Labrador puppy and a male black and white mix-breed dog.
