Alan Matthew Salazar, 29, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding, during a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street West Saturday at 2:09 a.m.

Officers investigated a 10:46 p.m. Saturday report of a man threatening hospital staff.

Bo Bryan Michel, 18, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after an officer initiated investigation of a man lying on the grass on 11th Street West at 3 a.m. Sunday.

Officers investigated a report made Sunday at 12:08 p.m. of a bike outside an 11th Street residence.

Avery Jordan Boe, 31, of Hays was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller at a 1st Street business reported a shoplifter at 7:36 p.m. Sunday.

Joseph Peter Stiffarm Jr., 53, of Havre was arrested on a charge of assault after a 19th Street caller reported a man beating and choking her at 10:22 p.m. Sunday.

Allison Lee Main, 30, of Harlem was arrested on charges of DUI, disorderly conduct and open container; Warren Lee Brockie, 26, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant; and Megan Rae Martin, 29, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of open container after a caller reported a disturbance on 2nd Street at 12:21 a.m. today.

Deputies investigated a report made from a U.S. Highway 2 West business Friday at 11:55 a.m. of an Internet security scam.

Deputies investigated a dog bite reported from the emergency room at 6:22 p.m. Friday.

Deputies investigated a report of suspicious activity from 15th Avenue Northeast at 11:45 a.m. Saturday.

Heather Lynn Oats, 30, of Box Elder was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter at 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies assisting Rocky Boy Police Department at 3:13 a.m. today made an arrest, but no further details were provided in the report.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel had no calls Friday but responded to one call Saturday and two calls Sunday.

Fire crews responded to two calls involving malfunctioning alarms Saturday: one at 2:44 p.m. and the other at 5:53 p.m. On Sunday at 5:10 p.m. crews also responded to a call involving a malfunctioning wood stove. No heat or smoke were evident. Fire crews also responded to a call at 6:52 a.m. today to ensure a burned out pickup was no longer on fire.

A girl was born Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2015, to Skylar J. Watson and Dorian J. Sun Child of Rocky Boy.
