Local Briefs: HRDC to celebrate 50th anniversary

District 4 Human Resource Development Council is holding its 50th Anniversary Celebration at 6 p.m. today at the Montana State University-Northern Student Union Building Ballroom. Past and current employees, clients and community partners of Hill, Blaine and Liberty counties are invited to attend. There is no charge for the event, but free-will offerings will be accepted.
