Heather Kimberly Ann Gardipee, 31, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a charge of theft and on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 1:42 p.m. Wednesday report of a combative shoplifter at a 1st Street business.

Officers investigated a report Wednesday at 2:59 p.m. of a two-vehicle crash on 2nd Street West.

Officers investigated a Wednesday 3:14 p.m. report at the police station of an Arizona driver’s license found near the Boys & Girls Club.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash at 12th Avenue and 8th Street reported at 3:31 p.m. Wednesday.

After receiving a call to assist another agency from Blaine County dispatch Wednesday at 5:28 p.m., officers made an arrest at a 1st Street establishment. No details about the arrest were provided.

Officers investigated a report of a dog bite Wednesday at 5:29 p.m. on 2nd Street.

Kari Whitaker, 35, of Havre was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after an officer initiated investigation of a vehicle with someone possibly passed out in the driver’s seat at 2:50 a.m. today on 2nd Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A 17-year-old boy from Hingham was issued a summons, no charge listed, after a 15th Street North caller reported a burglary in progress at 11:49 a.m. Wednesday.

Violet Roberta Faye Bruce, 38, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter in custody at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday.

No calls for assistance were received.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held a female black kitten, a male black Labrador puppy, a female tan and black shepherd mix, a female black and white Labrador mix-breed and a female tan and white Chihuahua.
