Officers investigated a 7:13 a.m. Friday report that a man had gotten into the caller’s car at a 1st Street West business.

After a person stopped Friday at 12:26 p.m. at the police station to speak with an officer about a girl saying things about him, officers investigated the issue.

After a caller reported at 12:49 p.m. a violation of a temporary restraining order, officers arrested Michael Leon Combs, 61, of Havre on charges of violating a protection order and criminal contempt.

Officers investigated a report made Friday at 4:41 p.m. at the police station that the reporting party’s little brother had been assaulted on a bus.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of under age tobacco possession and consumption, after a caller on 10th Street West reported Friday at 8:12 p.m. that his dauther kept trying to smoke cigarettes in front of him.

John Alan Horseman, 44, of Fort Belknap was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants and a charge of criminal contempt after an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity on 2nd Ave Friday at 9:57 p.m.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and juvenile curfew violations after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 1:09 a.m. Saturday on 6th Avenue.

Justin Mckinley Bibeau, 30, of Havre was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, partner or family member assault and unlawful restraint after officers responded to a 3:17 a.m. Saturday report of a domestic disturbance on 16th Street West.

Officers investigated a 7:49 a.m. report Saturday of a bike that had been sitting at a 1st Street business for a few days.

Kyle Lee Lamere, 25, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to property, after a 1st Street Northeast caller reported a trespasser at 1:58 p.m. Saturday.

Joseph Young Lodgepole, 36, of Box Elder was arrest on a Justice or City court warrant, a state District Court warrant and a pick up and hold order, after a caller at a 1st Street business reported a man with a warrant Saturday at 5:54 p.m.

James Patrick Trueax Jr., 40, of Havre was arrested on charges aggravated driving under the influence and speeding after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street West Saturday at 9:13 p.m.

Kyle Ty Shabi, 26, of Havre was arrested on charges of DUI and speeding after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on 4th Avenue West Sunday at 2:12 a.m.

Chad Steven Cliff, 36, of Havre was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release after officers reported 24/7 Sobriety Program violations at 8:05 p.m. Sunday.

Christine Margaret Denny, 48, of Havre was arrested on a charge of theft and on a Justice or City court warrant, and Weston Antone Brown, 52, of Great Falls was arrested on a charge of theft after a caller on 9th Avenue Northwest reported Sunday at 11:53 p.m. that two people wouldn’t pay the $12 they owed for a taxi ride.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Eleven Rae Lewis, 39, of Havre was arrested on a charge of contempt for which justice of the peace may punish after deputies served a warrant on her Friday at 11:18 a.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

John Alan Horseman, 44, of Fort Belknap was arrested on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs, after deputies investigated a report of drug offenses at the detention center Friday at 10:31 p.m.

A 17-year-old Havre boy and a 16-year-old Havre boy were each issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations and minor in possession and a 15-year-old Havre girl was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations, after deputies made a motor vehicle stop on 5th Avenue Saturday at 2:28 a.m.

Deputies investigated a Saturday 8:47 a.m. request for assistance in the county.

Dana Come At Night, 33, of Box Elder was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter Saturday at 3:59 p.m.

James Allen Gardipee, 45, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, after a caller at at U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a man passed out in the entry way Sunday at 12:31 p.m.

Deputies investigated a Sunday 3:25 p.m. report of burglary at Fresno campsite No. 24.

Deputies investigated a Sunday 6:36 p.m. report of burglary on 90 Road South.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Saturday and two calls Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a fire alarm Saturday, but it turned out to be a false alarm.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held a female black kitten, a male tan and black German shepherd, a female tan and black shepherd mix, a female black and white Labrador mix-breed and a female tan and white Chihuahua.

Hill County Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held a senior male black and tan German shepherd found on Wilson Avenue.
