Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash on Main Street reported Friday at 8:33 a.m. There were no injuries.

Natalie Faith Lamere, 55, of Great Falls was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller from a 1st Street business Monday at 4:42 p.m. reported that a “female passed out at the table near the north door.”

Officers investigated a 6:48 p.m. Friday report of a business van that hit a pole in the business’ parking lot. No injuries were reported.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of failure to obey a red traffic signal, “other” traffic crime and juvenile curfew violations; a 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations and criminal contempt; and a 16-year-old was arrested on a charge of juvenile curfew violations, all during a motor vehicle stop on 5th Avenue at 2:16 a.m. Saturday.

Christina Mary Converse, 37, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt for a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 7:44 a.m. Saturday.

Vicki Lynn Simonson, 50, of Havre was arrested on a charge of violations of conditions of release related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 8 a.m. Saturday.

Austin Cole Morsette, 24, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 8:31 a.m. Saturday.

Latrish Brithany Seals, 30, of Sacramento, California, was arrested on charges disorderly conduct and criminal contempt Saturday at 10:24 a.m. after a caller at the Amtrak station requested assistance having a woman removed.

Carmelita Marie Lamere, 60, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after an officer initiated investigation of an intoxicated woman on 7th Avenue Saturday at 10:54 a.m.

Officers investigated a report made Saturday at 1:02 p.m. at the police station of an assault.

Andrew Robert Krezlak, 37, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after he stopped at the police station to speak with an officer Saturday at 10:14 p.m.

Jamie Lee Doney, 25, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of shoplifting and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and Elthia Lerita Shawn Potts, 25, of Havre was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a 1st Street business reported a shoplifter Sunday at 3:23 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Justin Radim Jezek, 32, of Havre was arrested on a charge of violation of a protective order after deputies were called to assist Probation and Parole at Fariview Trailer Court Saturday at 10:50 p.m.

Deputies investigated a burglary reported at Brough Coulee Sunday at 1:43 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel were called to five calls Friday, four calls Saturday, five calls Sunday and one this morning.
