Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash at 5th Avenue and 2nd Street after a caller reported the incident Friday at 7:08a.m.

Officers arrested Tasheena Cree Lewis, 23, of Hays on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 7:14 a.m.

——

Officers investigated a report of theft after a caller from 1st Street West business reported Friday at 10:46 a.m. that someone had stolen license plates.

Alisa Ann St. Clair, 25, of Havre was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, endangering the welfare of children and resisting arrest after a complaint from a 2nd Street Northeast address Friday at 7:09 p.m.

Officers arrested two men Friday at 11:25 p.m. while performing bar walk-throughs. Shawn Joseph Saddler Sr., 49, of Rocky Boy was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants and Jordan James Normandy, 22, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt.

An officer made a motor vehicle stop Saturday morning at 1:05 and issued a summons to a 16-year-old on a charge of juvenile curfew violation and issued another summons to a 15-year-old on charges of juvenile curfew violation, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and minor in possession.

Officers arrested two men after someone called Saturday at 1:23 a.m. from an 11th Street West residence to report a confrontation he had with a man who was smoking in the hallway. Jathan Roberto Moreno, 38, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and Geoffrey Richard Hannie, 35, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Officers arrested Eagle Doney, 23, of Havre, on a charge of criminal contempt after officers were called to assist another agency Saturday morning at 7:12.

Kirk Allen Smith, 44, of Havre was arrested on a charge of violation of protective order after a caller from a 14th Street West reported Saturday at 10:51 a.m. that her husband was at her house.

Officers initiated two arrests Saturday at 4:18 p.m. on 2nd Street: Carl John Morsette, 43, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Thomas Mathew Dess, 60, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant.

Jeremiah Francis Berger, 44, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property and criminal mischief, vandalism, after a caller from 2nd Street reported Sunday at 1:50 a.m. that his brother was breaking out the windows of his vehicle.

Colton Delane La Plante, 32, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after a caller from a 10th Street West reported a noise complaint Sunday at 2:07 a.m.

Officers investigated a report of theft after a someone from a 1st Street business called Sunday at 2:01 p.m.

——

Terra Marie Oats, 31, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after a caller from a 1st Street Northeast address called Sunday at 9:11 p.m. to report that his girlfriend threw stuff at him and tried to stab him with a pair of scissors.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a theft reported Friday at 3:05 p.m. at a Box Elder establishment.

Colton Delane LaPlante, 32, of Havre was arrested on charges of speeding, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and driving without insurance, after Montana Highway Patrol asked for assistance Saturday at 1:02 p.m. with an erratic driver north bound on U.S. Highway 87 near mile marker 63.

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday, one call Saturday and two calls Sunday.
