Havre Police Department

Christina Mary Converse, 37, of Havre was arrested Monday at 8:08 a.m. at the police station on a charge of criminal contempt in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Officers investigated a report of vandalism after a caller from a 1st Street business reported Monday at 9:46 a.m. that vehicles had been damaged.

Officers investigated a report of vandalism to cars and a shop called in Monday at 2:30 p.m. from a 1st Street business.

Brooke Inez McGillis, 42, of Havre was arrested Monday at 4:46 p.m. at the police station on a Justice or City court warrant after stopping by to pay a dog shelter fee.

Officers investigated a crash at 9th Street and 5th Avenue after a caller reported a “fender bender” Monday at 5:20 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested someone Monday at 3:26 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center on a warrant. No futher details were provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Monday. And dispatch logs from the weekend showed emergency medical crews responded to another three calls Friday, four Saturday and one Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a call on the 600 Block of 9th Avenue when a caller reported Monday at 10:38 a.m. a gas odor. The odor turned out to be a sewer smell. Fire crews poured water into the sewer, causing the smell to cease.
