Brandt-Bennett named curriculum developer for extended university

Lindsey Brandt-Bennett has been named curriculum developer in the extended university at Montana State University-Northern.

In 2015, Brandt-Bennett assisted the extended university office with several special projects, including developing grant proposals relating to curriculum and technology for culturally diverse and at-risk populations.

Brandt-Bennett has several years of experience as a graduate student instructor and tutor through her advanced studies at the University of Montana, University of North Carolina, and Duke University. Her research has focused on German language and culture as well as pedagogy and workforce alignment in education.

She also spent a year in Berlin as a Fulbright Research Grant recipient, where she was able to tour technical schools and observe how the German education system structures curricula and apprenticeships to ensure workforce alignment.
