Leslee Faye Parker, 30, of Box Elder and Ricky Lee Hinkle, 55, of Havre were each served a Justice or City court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center Friday at 3:33 p.m.

Officers investigated a gas drive-off theft after a caller reported Saturday at 12:36 p.m. that a black truck with black fender flares drove off west bound after pumping gas.

Timothy Ryan Smith, 33, of Havre was arrested Saturday at 7:53 p.m. on a charge of criminal contempt in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

A caller from a Washington Avenue address reported Sunday at 12:24 a.m. someone in the backyard breaking things.

Jason Hebron, 37, of Havre was arrested Sunday morning at 8 a.m. at the police station on a charge of violation of conditions of release related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violaiton.

David Allen Dodson, 35 of Havre was arrested Sunday morning at 8:25 at the police station on a probation violation charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Officers investigated a 1:46 p.m. Sunday report of assault after a caller at a 1st Street business reported that a man had been assaulted in the parking lot.

Joel Nathaniel Weilacher, 30, of Big Fork was arrested on charges of speeding, driving with an expired registration, habitual traffic offender and driving with suspended or revoked driver’s license during a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street Sunday at 10 p.m.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after a caller from a 17th Street West address reported that his grandson had been drinking and would like officers to check on him and take him to a relative’s house.
