Suspect arrested in Saturday's disturbance

Lacey The Boy, 30, is being held on felony charges after a disturbance on the 600 Block of 1st Street West Saturday morning.

Officers said they responded to several 911 calls that someone had a gun and a bat and was going after a pickup. Police were unable to verify that a gun was fired in the incident.

By the time police had arrived at the scene, both the pickup and a gray car with the other participants, had gone.

But police said they eventually found both cars, and the investigation is continuing.

The Boy is being held at Hill County Detention Center pending charges from the Hill County attorney’s office, Police Chief Gabe Matosich said in a press release..

The Boy is being held on suspicion of two counts of felony endangerment and counts of criminal mischief and felony assault with a weapon.

Havre Police Department said they did not have anyone at the police station today who could give information on any further developments. Hill County Detention Center staff said they did not have anyone on staff today who could release The Boy's booking photograph.
