Petca-Ray married

Gerald Ray of Big Sandy and Penny Velk of Havre, along with Emil and Anca Petca of Romania are proud to announce the marriage of their children, Preston Ray, Big Sandy High School Class of 2000, and Raisa Petca, Havre High School Class of 2006.

The couple exchanged wedding vows at the Juno Garden of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada, March 4, 2016, in the presence of close family and friends.

They are pursuing graduate degrees at Ohio University.
