Officers investigated a hit and run motor vehicle crash after a caller on 2nd Street reported the incident Friday at 6:05 a.m.

Officers investigated report from a 3rd Street business Friday at 8:09 a.m. that a missing firearm was discovered while doing inventory.

Tyler Kim The Boy, 25, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 3:53 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Sara Rae Comp, 23, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of dog at large and nuisance dog or animal after a 9th Avenue caller reported Friday at 5:02 p.m. that she was attacked by a dog.

Officers investigated a theft report after a 1st Street business reported Friday at 6:36 p.m. that someone had driven off without paying for their gas.

Winona Lamere, 52, of Box Elder was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a 1st Street business reported Friday at 9:07 p.m. that a female shoplifter was being “combative.”

Two arrests were made Saturday at 4:27 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop in 12th Street. Dolan Weaver Tuss, 23, of Havre was arrested on a charge of unlawful transactions with children and James Jay Allison, 19, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, failure to yield, minor in possession and driving without a driver’s license.

During a motor vehicle stop Saturday at 11:50 a.m., a 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of violating restrictions of traffic education learners license and unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle motor vehicle crash on 6th Avenue after a caller reported the incident Saturday at 12:11 p.m. No injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a trespass report after a caller from a 1st Street establishment reported it Saturday at 4:17 p.m.

Officers assisted a caller after she asked to speak to an officer Saturday at 7:47 p.m.

Officers investigated an animal control issue after a 5th Street caller reported it Saturday at 9:59 p.m.

During a motor vehicle stop on 10th Street Saturday at 10:31 p.m., a 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of DUI, careless driving, violating restriction of traffic education learner’s license, headlamp violation and unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

After a caller at a 1st Street business reported a group of teens “trying to steal beer” Saturday at 11:20 p.m., a 13-year-old was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and MIP, a 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting and MIP, and a 14-yeard-old was arrested on charges of shoplifting and MIP.

During a motor vehicle stop on 13th Street West Sunday at 11:17 p.m., Paula Yvette Parisian, 43, of Box Elder was was arrested on three Justice or court warrants and charges of driving without a driver’s license and failure to carry proof of insurance.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license during a motor vehicle stop on 3rd Street Sunday at 12:43 p.m.

Angie Marie Haas, 39, of Havre was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and violating conditions of release after a caller from a 1st Street West business called in a complaint.

Officers investigated a theft report after a caller from a 1st Street business reported Sunday at 5:08 p.m. that someone had driven off without paying for their gas.

Joseph Hershiel Latray, 30, of Fort Belknap was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property, having an open container and criminal contempt after a caller from 1st Street reported Sunday at 9:48 p.m. that a man in a black hoodie “seems distressed.”

Phillip Leaveil Gray, 34, of Box Elder was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a 1st Street business reported a theft Sunday at 11:17 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies made two arrests after a caller from a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported shoplifters Friday at 12:11 p.m. Triston Alexander Ehry, 18, of Havre was arrested on charges of shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Tomi Nichiole Bunney, 27, of Havre was arrested on a shoplifting charge.

Deputies transported someone from Rocky Boy to Hill County Detention Center Friday at 6:57 p.m. An arrest was made, but no further information was provided.

Teresa Angel Jiron was arrested on a charge of contempt Saturday at 5:01 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, one call Saturday and two Sunday.

A girl was born Wednesday, May 11, 2016, to Deena Sunchild of Rocky Boy.
