Havre Police Department

Officers made an arrest and issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop Thursday at 11:45 a.m. Rikki Lynn Horn, 22, of Harlem was arrested for charges of driving without a driver’s license, operating vehicle with fictitious plates and failing to carry or have proof of insurance. A 16-year-old juvenile was issued a summons on an obstructing a peace officer or public servant charge and on two Justice or City court warrant.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash near 5th Avenue and 6th Street after a caller reported Thursday at 1:15 p.m. that the crash involved a yellow Volkswagen Bug and a silver vehicle.

Officers assisted a caller who reported from a 3rd Avenue business Thursday at 3:10 p.m. that a man was following her.

Jonann Roastingstick, 50, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner of family member assault and possession of drug paraphernalia after a 9th Avenue Northwest caller reported Thursday at 4:20 p.m. a disturbce.

During a motor vehicle stop Thursday at 5:18 p.m. on 5th Street, a 15-year-old juvenile was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Officers made an arrest Thursday at 5:31 p.m. after a search warrant resulted in found paraphernalia. No further information was provided.

Officers investigated a fraud report after a caller from a 1st Street business reported Thursday at 6:49 p.m. that someone was forging checks.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Tex Remon Eagleman, 33, of Box Elder was arrested on a shoplifting charge and a Justice or City court warrant after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Thursday at 10:12 a.m. that someone was fraudulently retuning items.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical crews responded to two calls Thursday.
