Officers investigated a complaint after a 5th Street caller reported Friday at 7:12 p.m. that a juvenile tried to steal items from a woman at the park.

Officers investigated a theft report after a caller from a 1st Street West business reported Friday at 9:06 p.m. that someone was refusing to pay.

Eric Tadej, 28, of Fort Benton was issued a summons on a charge of criminal mischief after a caller reported Friday at 11:43 p.m. that four or five teenagers were driving a golf cart and hitting stuff in memorial park.

Thomas Michael Bush, 31, of Kalispell was arrested on charges of headlamp violation, habitual traffic offender, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and driving without insurance Saturday morning at 1:28 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street.

Trevor William Marks, 22, of Havre was arrested Saturday at 7:42 a.m. at the police station on a charge of probation violation.

Officers investigated a bicycle theft report after a 15th Avenue caller reported Saturday at 9:40 a.m. that a mountain bike was missing.

Officers investigated a theft report after a McKinley Avenue caller reported Saturday at 10:47 a.m. that an ornamental, antique bike was stolen form the yard.

Officers responded to a 9th Avenue business after a callr asked officers Friday at 11:45 a.m. to remove a woman.

Kim Allen Norquay Sr., 57, of Hays was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Sunday morning on the 500 Block of 2nd Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Chad Allan Berg, 43, of Havre was arrested on a criminal contempt charge Friday at 3:14 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated an assault report Friday at 5:19 p.m. after a caller from a U.S. Highway 87 business in Box Elder reported that someone was assaulted by another man.

Deputies investigated a vandalism report after a caller from a County Road 838 Northwest reported Friday at 7:52 p.m. that a window had been shot out.

Deputies investigated a vandalism report a 5th Street North caller reported Sunday at 7:59 p.m. that a window was broken out of her vehicle.

Havre Fire Department

Fire crews responded to a call on the 1000 Block of 3rd Street Sunday at 3:27 p.m. after someone reported a fire. The fire was coming from a fire pit. Everything checked out OK and in regulation. No further action was necessary.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Saturday and four Sunday.
