The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Virginia Seigel in July.

Anita Jo Eagleman, born in 1975, was fined $150 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 173 days suspended and seven credited, for operating a vehicle with .08 percent or greater blood alcohol concentration, first offense, amended from driving under the influence, first offense.

Cassandra Ilye Longtimesleeping, born in 1995, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Reuben Jesse Gillian, born in 1983, was ordered to pay $1.79 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended and 11 credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense. In a later case, Gillian was fined $845, ordered to pay $35.98 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 130 days suspended and 11 credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense.

Leslie Annette Crazyboy, born in 1979, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for permitting unauthorized minor to drive.

Dwight Owen Standingrock, born in 1989, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license; and was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $200 and sentenced to 20 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: failure to stop and identify self after striking unattended vehicle, first offense, and failure to show driver’s license to other parties involved in an accident.

Jona Jo Bear, born in 1989, was fined $100 for each of two charges: animals running at large and registration and vaccination required; fined $300 for vicious animals, first offense; fined $200 for aggressive animals, and pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal contempt, no fine or sentence listed.

Jamekka Signa Lelle Beaumont, born in 1995, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500.

A boy born in 2002 was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for minor in possession, under age 18, first offense.

Alexander Dennis Eakins, born in 1989, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 352 days suspended and 13 credited, for operating a vehicle with .08 percent BAC or greater, second offense; was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 167 days suspended and 13 credited, for each of three charges: assault, resisting arrest and unauthorized use of a vehicle; and was ordered to pay $883.70 restitution on the case.

Joshua Kay Blatter, born in 1989, was fined $120 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense. In a later case, Blatter was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, for each of two charges: endangering the welfare of a child, first violation, and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia; was fined $200 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 363 days suspended and three credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury; and was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of marijuana, second offense.

A boy born in 1999 was fined $100 for MIP, under 18, first offense.

Kodi Toney, born in 1993, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Sade Rochelle Stearns, born in 1997, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for false reports to law enforcement authorities.

Cord Dee Lewis, born in 1987, was fined $100 for careless driving; was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for DUI, first offense; and was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Charles William Mcintosh, born in 1956, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense; was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license; was fined $300 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense; was fined $200 for operating a vehicle with expired registration; and was ordered to pay $20 restitution.

Darla Darter Owens, born in 1965, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Pamela Fraser Boucher, born in 1962, was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Chance Jonathan Koke, born in 1992, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for speeding, 37 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Richard Jay MacDonald, born in 1980, was fined $150 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

A girl born in 2001 was fined $100 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Danelle Stanley, born in 1972, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal trespass to property.

A boy born in 2001, was fined $900 for MIP, under 18, third offense.

Preston Wade Clark, born in 1986, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal trespass to property.

——

Joyce Huntley, born in 1992, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest.

Raymond Windyboy, born in 1962, was fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, all days suspended, for open container; was fined $15 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct; and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal trespass to property. In a later case, Windyboy was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, seven days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct. In a subsequent case, Windyboy was sentenced to 10 days in jail, six days suspended and four credited, for disorderly conduct. In yet another case, Windyboy was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail for disorderly conduct and fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days in jail for open container.

Ian Blaine Mccarty, born in 1979, was fined $100 for operating a vehicle with expired registration.

James Milbert Liedle, born in 1960, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for DUI, first offense; was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license; was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense; and was fined $100 for speeding, 33 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Matthew John Bell, born in 1984, was fined $300 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 359 days suspended and two credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury.

Austin Jayde Valencia, born in 1996, was fined $115 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Tyrone Clifford Stiffarm, born in 1979, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.

A girl born in 2001 was fined $900 for MIP, under 18, third offense.

A girl born in 1998 was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license and was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $215 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Cody Raven Main, born in 1986, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for operating a vehicle not properly registered.

Jose Nelson Amilcar Argueta Martinez, born in 1978, was fined $100 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Vanessa Danielle Cunico, born in 1982, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Leora Rose Kickingwoman, born in 1998, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Kevin Gene Tomaskie, born in 1973, was fined $100 for operating a vehicle with expired registration and fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Katlyn Jessica King, born in 1997, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $200 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 362 days suspended and three credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury, first offense.

Samuel Cole Matye, born in 1996, was fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 365 days, 362 days suspended and three credited, for partner or family member assault, causing apprehension of injury, first offense.

——

Tracy Lee Daychild, born in 1993, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for each of two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

——

Patrick Ryan Schroeder, born in 1991, was fined $200 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 361 days suspended and four credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury, first offense.

Ramona Doney Champagne, born in 1952, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $300 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 362 days suspended and three credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury, second offense.

——

Lakeisha Loraine Trevino, born in 1991, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Danica Lea Montana, born in 1987, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $1,275 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, second offense, amended from third or subsequent offense.

——

Jared Scott Granados, born in 1989, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

In July, Judge Seigel also dealt with 25 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, as well as 20 charges that were dismissed by her or the prosecution. Another nine citations were deferred by the prosecution.
