Darrin Kent Torgerson of Havre, 44, was arrested on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs after a caller from the skate park called Tuesday at 11:26 a.m. to report that a man in a maroon car was smoking marijuana.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a Ninth Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 1:58 p.m. that a Ford F-150 was keyed within the previous 30 minutes.

Two arrests were made Tuesday after a couple of Fourth Street callers reported at 4:19 p.m. that a 17-year-old was "being belligerent" to his mother about pills. Zona Anne McConnell of Havre, 47, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and James John/Russ McConnell of Havre, 41, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a First Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 5:13 p.m. that someone hit her car while it was parked.

Officers assisted a citizen after a caller asked to speak with an officer Tuesday at 9:58 p.m.

Deputies investigated a complaint after First Street caller made a report Tuesday at 8:05 a.m.

Deputies investigated a complaint after a Second Street West caller reported Tuesday at 2:58 p.m. a temporary restraining order violation.

Melynda Dionne Werk of Box Elder, 36, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported "attempted fraudulent purchases."

Deputies made four arrests this morning at 2:57 at Optimist Park. No further information was provided.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday.
