Officers investigated a domestic disturbance report after Main Street callers reported Friday at 2:02 p.m. that a man was yelling at a woman and that children were living in unfit conditions.

Officers investigated a sex offense after a report was made Friday at 3:09 p.m.

Officers assisted another agency after a 10th Street caller made a report Friday at 3:54 p.m.

Marcus Truman Hoffman of Havre, 23, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a Second Street Northeast caller reported a complaint Friday at 9:01 p.m

Officers investigated a sex offense after a caller from Child Protective Services made a call Friday 6:14 p.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash between a Ford Focus and a pickup truck after a report was made from a First Street business Friday at 7:27 p.m.

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report Sunday morning at 2:21 at First Avenue and Ninth Street.

Officers investigated a complaint Sunday at 8:23 a.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Thompson Street caller reported Sunday at 1:19 p.m. that her lawn mower was stolen from her business.

Joseph Michael Velk of Havre, 27, was arrested on charges of parole violation and possession of drug paraphernalia after a 12th Street caller reported Sunday at 7:39 p.m. that her stepson did not show up for work and could not be reached.

Chelsea Larae Lohman of Havre, 23, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and on charges of driving while using electronic communications device, driving without insurance and driving without a driver’s license today at 12:15 a.m. on Fourth Avenue.

Cecilia Eve Eagleman of Havre, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant  this morning at 12:40 on Boulevard Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies made two arrests Saturday  morning at 12:15 during a motor vehicle stop near the softball field. Britney Ann Nelson of Chinook, 19, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs and on two Justice or City court warrants, and Trenton Andrew Duggins of Billings, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant.

Deputies investigated an animal control report after receiving a call from the emergency room Saturday at 1:05 p.m.

Deputies assisted a citizen after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller asked to speak to a deputy Saturday at 3:50 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, four Saturday and one Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a 5:13 p.m. Sunday call on the 3500 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West where the engine compartment of a parked vehicle caught on fire. The vehicle sustained about $5,000 in damages. No one was injured and no further damage was done.

Fire crews responded to a 7:53 p.m. call Sunday at the 1500 Block of Third Street  where a pan with oil in it caught on fire after the stove was left unattended. Fire was put out without any injuries or further damage.

Fire crews responded to a 10:12 p.m. call Sunday at the 1400 Block of Third Street where a pan with oil in it caught on fire after the stove was left unattended. Fire was put out without any injuries or further damage.

Fire crews responded to a 7:16 call this morning on the 1200 Block of Washington Avenue after a bad breaker ignited a spark. No damage was done.

A boy was born Sunday, Sept. 25, 2016, to Seth and Stephanie Talksdifferent of Lloyd.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held Wednesday a brown female weimaraner-pit bull mix Friday.

The animal shelter held a tiger-striped gray cat with five kittens, an orange cat, a tortie cat and a gray cat Friday.
