Haunted Hotel Oakland opens Oct. 21

The Havre Jaycees “Haunted Hotel Oakland” will open Oct. 21-22 and 27-31 at 7 p.m. nightly.

The Haunted Hotel is located in the former Hotel Oakland above the Eagles Club, 202 First St., with the entrance located on First Street. The cost for admission is $5 or $4 with a non-perishable food item.

Sunday, Oc. 23 from 3 to 5 p.m. is the return of the Scare Free “Flashlight Session” for those who want to support the Havre Jaycees but not be frightened. People are asked to bring their own flashlight. Scare-Free admission is two cans of food.

Stairs are mandatory to enter and exit the Haunted Hotel Oakland.

Funds raised from this year’s Haunted Hotel Oakland will be used to purchase coats for children in the community, as part of the Jaycees’ annual “Koats for Kids” project.
