Officers investigated a found or lost property report after a Fifth Avenue caller asked to speak to an officer Friday at 11:44 a.m.

Officers investigated a possible sex offense after  a caller on First Street West made a report Friday at 2:47 p.m.

Chaska Nakota Earthboy of Harlem, 28, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after a First Street Northeast caller reported that someone had trespassed Friday at 4:03 p.m.

Officers investigated a disturbance after a caller on Third Avenue made a report Friday at 9:56 p.m.

Officers investigated a juvenile status offense after a 14th Street West caller reported Friday at 10:38 p.m. that his daughter was missing.

Tyler Rucinsky of Havre, 27, was arrested Saturday at 2 a.m. on Seventh Avenue during a motor vehicle stop for charges of driving under the influence and a headlamp violation.

Officers issued a summons to a 14-year-old on charges of juvenile curfew violations, runaway juvenile and youth in need of intervention after a Smithville Road caller reported Saturday at 4:04 a.m. that his granddaughter had come home.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash at 16th Avenue and First Street after a caller reported Saturday at 9:47 a.m. that a white Dodge hit a parked car.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after an 11th Street West caller reported Saturday at 7:39 p.m. that they hit a deer.

Kenneth Stanley Wade Gardipee of Box Elder, 33, was arrested on a charge of probation violation after a caller from Northern Montana Hospital reported Saturday at 9:08 p.m. that a man with a large laceration on his neck was there.

Officers assisted another agency at a Third Avenue business Sunday at 12:35 a.m.

Officers issued two summonses after a Sixth Avenue caller reported Sunday at 4:51 a.m. that two girls, ages 14 and 15, left without permission. A 14-year-old and a 15-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations.

Shane Miles Ironmaker of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of probation violation and possession of drug paraphernalia after an Eight Street caller made a report related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Sunday at 8:19 a.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Second Street caller reported Sunday at 3:10 p.m. that items had been stolen from the house.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a Smithville Road caller reported backing into a fire hydrant Sunday at 9:29 p.m.

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violation, runaway juvenile and youth in need of intervention after a Smithville Road caller reported Monday at 2:20 a.m. that his grandaughter snuck out of the house and left the back door open.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Tanna Dale Windyboy of Havre, 36, was arrested Friday at 2:23 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center on a Justice or City court warrant.

Yolanda Lynn Ereaux of Harlem, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 5:55 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a domestic disturbance after a 36th Avenue Northeast caller reported Saturday at 1:09 a.m. that her son was taken.

Eric William Brewer of Havre, 23, was arrested on four counts of criminal trespass to vehicle Sunday at 12:32 a.m. near a Third Avenue business.

——

Ryan Lammers of Havre, 42, was issued a summons on charges of dog running at large and having a vicious dog after an 830 County Road Northwest caller reported Sunday at 8:55 a.m. that her son was bit by a dog.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, three Saturday and two Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 9:40 a.m. on the 1200 Block of McKinley Avenue, where a gas smell was reported. After inspection by the fire department and NorthWestern Energy, no leaks were detected and no further action was necessary.

——

Fire crews responded to a call Saturday at 3:38 p.m. on the 700 Block of Bullhook Road where a resident reported multiple smoke and fire alarms going off. There was no fire, only a smoke alarm running low on batteries.

——

Fire crews responded to a call this morning at 6:35 on the 100 Block of First Street West where a gas smell was detected. After inspection by the fire department and NorthWestern Energy, no leaks were detected and no further action was necessary.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held Friday a brown female weimaraner-pit bull mix, a black and brown shepherd mix, a black and tan shepherd mix, a brown pitbull mix, a white and black husky mix dog and a yellow lab and shepherd mix dog

The animal shelter held Thursday a tiger-striped gray cat with five kittens  and a black, brown and white cat with a kitten.
