Officers investigated  a juvenile status offense after a Main Street caller reported Wednesday at 6:56 a.m. that her daughter had come home.

Officers investigated  a complaint made Wednesday at 9:37 a.m. from a female who said she was being stalked and was on her way to the police station to speak to an officer about it.

Gladys Jean Flatlip of Box Elder, 46, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence and on a Justice or City court warrant after a First Street West caller reported Wednesday at 11:23 a.m. that two intoxicated men were peeing in the alley.

Officers investigated a theft report after a First Street business caller reported Wednesday at 11:40 a.m. that a theft had occurred.

Erica Ann Dion of Havre, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Ninth Avenue business caller reported a woman with a warrant.

Officers investigated  a theft report after a caller from Sunnyside Intermediate School reported Wednesday at 1:59 p.m. that a computer had been stolen.

Officers investigated a sex offense after a Child Protective Services caller asked to speak to an officer Wednesday at 3:39 p.m.

T’Shauna Lee Azure of Havre, 18, was issued a summons today at 1:26 a.m.  on a charge of minor in possession after a caller from Montana State University-Northern reported an intoxicated driver today at 1:07 a.m.

Officers investigated a complaint after a First Avenue caller reported today at 1:46 a.m. receiving threatening text messages.

Scott Raymond Burns of Havre, 52, was arrested on a non-aggravated partner of family member assault after a First Street Northeast caller reported a disturbance today at 3:15 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud report after a Second Street West business caller made a report Wednesday at 12:53 p.m.

Deputies assisted another agency after Child Protective Services requested a deputy at North Star School Wednesday at 3:54 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Wednesday.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a brown female weimaraner-pit bull mix, a black and brown shepherd mix, a brown pitbull mix, a yellow Labrador-shepherd mix, a black pitbull mix and a tan terrier mix.

The animal shelter held this morning a tiger-striped gray cat, a 9-week-old orange kitten, two gray and brown 9-week-old kittens, a 3-month old gray kitten, one black and white 1-year-old kitten, an orange kitten, a gray kitten, a gray adult tom cat and a long-haired cat.

Births

A boy was born Monday, Oct. 31, 2016, to Ryan and Stephanie Lefdahl of Dodson.
