Officers investigated a vehicle crash after a caller reported Tuesday at 11:20 a.m. sideswiping a Yukon on 9th Street.

Officers investigated a Tuesday 12:06 p.m. vandalism report of a cement table broken on Baltrusch Trail.

Officers investigated a report of a crash report involving two vehicles and a pedestrian at 12:28 p.m. Tuesday at Fifth Avenue and Third Street. An injury was reported.

A bike was reported found Tuesday at 3:54 p.m. on 6th Avenue and officers investigated.

Terri Ann Ackerman of Havre, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a First Street Northeast caller reported a domestic disturbance Tuesday at 8:42 p.m. Another arrest was made, but no further details were provided.

Claudia Pandora Bell of Havre, 18, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants and on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and minor in possession, and two 17-year-olds were issued summonses each on a charge of MIP after an officer served a warrant Tuesday at 11:02 p.m. at a First Street Northeast residence.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A 16-year-old and a 15-year-old each were issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after a juvenile status offense was reported Tuesday at 9:38 a.m. in Box Elder.

Deputies investigated a 10:19 a.m. Tuesday report of a stolen tablet at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday and one call this morning.

The animal shelter held this morning a brown female weimaraner-pit bull mix, a black and brown shepherd mix, a brown pitbull mix, a yellow Labrador-shepherd mix, a black pitbull mix, a tan pit bull-Labrador mix, a border collie, a pitbull-terrier mix, a brown terrier puppy and a tan terrier puppy.

The animal shelter held this morning a tiger-striped gray cat, a 10-week-old orange kitten, two gray and brown 10-week-old kittens, a black and white 1-year-old cat, an orange kitten, a gray adult tom cat, a black cat and a gray tiger-striped cat.
