The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Virginia Seigel in August.

Kirk Wade Humbert, born in 1967, was fined $100 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 360 days suspended, for partner or family member assault.

Dominic Keith Lee, born in 1972, was fined $1,280 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 351 days suspended and two credited, for habitual offender operating a motor vehicle.

——

Timothy Lee Dennis, born in 1982, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 174 days suspended and six credited, for criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500 and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of four charges: criminal trespass to vehicles, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass to property.

Todd Orlando Messerly, born in 1993, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended, for driving under the influence, first offense, and was sentenced to 179 days in jail, 177 days suspended and two credited, for revocation of suspended or deferred sentence. In a later case, Messerly was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Allison Lee Main, born in 1983, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license; was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 174 days suspended and six credited, for DUI, first offense, and was fined $100 for each of two charges: disorderly conduct and open container.

Angela NezPerce Moreni, born in 1997, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

A girl born in 1999 was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for driving without a valid driver’s license. In a later case, she was was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for another count of driving without a valid driver’s license.

Chance Edward Williams, born in 1990, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for operating a vehicle with .08 percent blood alcohol concentration or greater, first offense, amended from DUI, first offense.

Jacyne Bill, born in 1991, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct.

——

Samuel Lindsey, born in 1996, was fined $50 for careless driving, amended from reckless driving.

——

Dakota James Short, born in 1992, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended and five credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Damion Michael Bartell, born in 1992, was fined $100 for careless driving, amended from reckless driving, first offense.

Raymond Campbell, born in 1996, was fined $100 for minor in possession, first offense, and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

A girl born in 1999 was fined $100 for MIP, under 18, first offense.

——

Matthew Ryan Payne, born in 1997, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving without a valid driver’s license, second offense, and was fined $350 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

David Austin Corcoran, born in 1990, was fined $200 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 363 days suspended and two days credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury.

Tasia Teree Pogatchnik, born in 1994, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 138 days suspended and 42 credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked; was sentenced to 365 days in jail, 323 days suspended and 43 credited (sic), for habitual offender operating a motor vehicle; and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 138 suspended and 42 credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Levi Owen Waverick, born in 1994, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

A boy born in 1998 was fined $100 for MIP, under 18, first offense.

Joelee Hoover, born in 1970, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $200, ordered to pay $400 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for forgery.

Meagan Lashae Ball, born in 1992, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

Aaron Carl Lamere, born in 1981, was fined $350 and ordered to pay $1,000 restitution for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

Tasha Marie (Roberts) Rush, born in 1991, was fined $350 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

Anthony Uriah Valdez, born in 1996, was fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Jonathan Aaron Currie, born in 1992, was fined $100 for electronic communications device usage while driving.

Jennifer Lynn Graham, born in 1968, was fined $100 for registration and vaccination required and was fined $200 for vicious animals.

Zachariah Lee Ambler, born in 1995, was fined $100 for animals running at large.

Juan Carlos Arellano, born in 1980, was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Brianna Elizabeth Bass, born in 1992, was fined $100 for electronic communications device usage while driving.

Bradley Bear Standingrock, born in 1996, was fined $150 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Douglas Charles Redeagle, born in 1997, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 166 days suspended and 13 credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Janessa Denise Ganuelas, born in 1995, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for disorderly conduct.

Demetrick Sintson Henderson, born in 1982, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving a vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Richard Donald Walsh, born in 1948, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license and was fined $150 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Donald Keith Cochran, born in 1965, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Ryan Gene Fredriksen, born in 1993, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Lex Jasper Keller, born in 1993, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days, all days suspended, for use of weapons within city and given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, all days suspended, for negligent endangerment, substantial risk or death or injury.

Darnell Kay Champagne, born in 1976, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal trespass to property.

Robert James Cantrell, born in 1974, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Tamura Mitchell, born in 1977, was fined $100, ordered to pay $20 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense. In another case, Mitchell was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Jarret Jarrel Watson, born in 1988, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for partner or family member assault, causing apprehension of injury.

Jeanie Marie Tuomala, born in 1969, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days, 178 days suspended and two credited, for assault, amended from assault of a minor.

Marte Albert Krebs, born in 1966, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for assault.

Dawn Rae Bradley, born in 1972, was fined $900 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 361 days suspended and four credited, for aggravated driving under the influence, first offense, and pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, no fine or sentence listed.

Michael Patrick Danell, born in 1971, was fined $150 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Colleen Ranae Fox, born in 1983, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for DUI, first offense.

A girl born in 1998 was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for reckless driving, first offense, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Alexander Dennis Eakins, born in 1989, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for criminal contempt. in a later case, Eakins was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for criminal contempt. In a subsequent case, Eakins was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for a third count of criminal contempt. In a fourth case, Eakins was fined $450 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, for another count of criminal contempt.

Monica Sue Morsette, born in 1975, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license and was fined $150 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Sahri Mae Bell, born in 1986, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Anthony Stewart Mcclain Jr., born in 1990, was fined $650 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $100 for operating a vehicle which has not been registered.

Robert Louis Moomey, born in 1976, forfeited $100 bond for animals running at large.

Nadine Clarise Obey, born in 1986, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for DUI, first offense, and was fined $100 for interfering with traffic while backing.

Derek Dahlin, born in 1965, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, for criminal contempt.

——

Kelsey Dayne Blackbird, born in 1998, was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Calvin Lee Daulton, born in 1965, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail for criminal contempt.

Nolan Earl Snell, born in 1991, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for partner or family member assault, causing apprehension of injury.

Robert Wayne Favel, born in 1958, forfeited $200 bond for criminal trespass to vehicles.

Jurnee Lee Laforge, born in 1998, was fined $150 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Erin Louise Roastingstick, born in 1985, was fined $50 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct.

Samuel Roastingstick, born in 1970, was fined $15 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct.

Natasha Meier, born in 1991, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100, and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

——

In August, Judge Seigel also dealt with 38 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, as well as 28 charges that were dismissed by her or the prosecution.
