Havre Police Department

Joshua James Fredrick Nimmick of Havre, 38, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Tuesday at 8:08 a.m. at the police station.

Derek Theodore Dahlin of Havre, 51, was issued a summons on charges of operating a motor vehicle without valid registration and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s licence Tuesday at 1:54 p.m. on Sixth Avenue.

Kim Allen Norquay Sr. of Hays, 57, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions release and a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 3:05 p.m. on First Street.

Robert Henry Stump III of Rocky Boy, 30, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a First Street caller reported Tuesday at 6:52 p.m. that a man and woman were arguing.

Christopher Thomas Preputin of Havre, 46, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after someone from a First Street Northeast business called 911 and hung up Tuesday at 7:42 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies assisted a citizen who called Tuesday at 9:23 a.m. from a Third Street Rudyard address to request a civil standby.

Tomi Nichole Bunney of Havre, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 1:47 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Colyn Boushie St. Pierre of Havre, 34, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Tuesday at 2:07 p.m. at the detention center

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday.

The animal shelter held this morning  a brown female weimaraner-pit bull mix, a black and brown shepherd mix, a brown pitbull mix, a black  pitbull mix, a tan pit bull-Labrador mix, a brown terrier puppy and a white and black hound.

The animal shelter held this morning a tiger-striped gray cat, a 10-week-old orange kitten, two gray and brown 10-week-old kittens, a black and white 1-year-old cat, a gray adult tom cat, two black adult cats, a gray tiger-striped cat and a tiger-striped kitten.
