Jason Skidmore of Hays, 33, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants and charges of obstructing a peace officer and criminal contempt, after an officer served his warrants Wednesday at 12:12 p.m. on Seventh Avenue.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash reported from First Street Wednesday at 5:22 p.m.

Nathan Kevin Sam of Box Elder, 33, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer and carrying a concealed weapon while intoxicated and on a Justice or City court warrant, and Rueben Jessie Gillian of Havre, 33, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, revocation of a suspended or deferred sentence and violation of conditions of release, after a 12th Avenue caller made a complaint Wednesday at 9:18 p.m.

Sheldon Joseph Flying of Havre, 47, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, after officers responded to a 10:39 p.m. Wednesday report of a vehicle crash on 5th Avenue.

Officers investigated a 24/7 Sobriety Program complaint at the police department Thursday at 8:12 a.m.

Officers investigated a sex offense reported Thursday at 5:45 p.m.

Officers investigated a Thursday 5:56 p.m. report from Fifth Street of a no contact order violation.

Officers investigated a Sixth Avenue report Thursday at 9:36 p.m. that a house had been broken into twice.

Jordan James Normandy of Havre, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 11:40 p.m. on First Street.

Jordan James Normandy of Havre, 23, was arrested during intake on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 12:03 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one medical call Wednesday and three calls Thursday.

Fire crews responded to two calls Wednesday: a smoke alarm on the 100 Block of Fourth Street and a report of a gas smell on the 600 Block of Fourth Avenue.
