Hays prepares to celebrate Christmas

The town of Hays on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation will celebrate the holiday season with a Christmas gathering that will include round dancing and fiddle music.

Wylynn Shambo, president of the Hays Events Committee, said the gathering will take place at the Mission Recreation Center Dec. 26 at 3 p.m.

The gathering will include a round dance, fiddle music and a supper. Gifts and candy bags will be distributed to children and elders.

Santa, Mrs. Claus and elves will also be at the gathering.
