Officers assisted a citizen after a McKinley Avenue caller reported Friday at 10:36 a.m. that she was unable to sit up on her own.

Officers investigated an animal abuse report after a Heritage Drive caller made a report Friday at 12:50 p.m.

Vanessa Danielle Segna of Havre, 34, was arrested on a pick up and hold order Friday at 12:52 p.m.

Aleisha Morningstar The Boy was arrested Friday at 5:31 p.m. on a charge of contempt for which justice of the peace may punish Friday at 5:31 p.m. on Third Street.

Officers assisted a citizen who asked Friday at 6:11 p.m. to speak to an officer about child endangerment.

Alexander Dennis Eakins of Havre, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 6:59 p.m. near Second Street.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of under age tobacco possession or consumption Friday at 10:55 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop.

Tamura Mitchell of Box Elder, 39, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing a peace officer and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a Ninth Avenue business caller reported Saturday at 1:06 p.m. that he found drug paraphernalia.

Lester Thomas Doney of Havre, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a 10th Street West caller reported Saturday at 10:31 p.m. smelling marijuana in nearby apartments.

Zachary Shawn Kendall of Hays, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 11:04 p.m. near Second Avenue and Fourth Street.

Lara Shante Lawrence of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, minor in possession and obstructing a peace officer Saturday at 11:56 p.m. near Montana State University- Northern.

Two women investigated for suspicious activity Sunday at 3:32 a.m. on First Street West were arrested later after a 4:11 a.m. report from a First Street business of a possible fight. Tylanna Rochelle Adams of Harlem, 19, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and minor in possession, and Lara Shante Lawrence of Havre, 19, was arrested on disorderly conduct, minor in possession and obstructing a peace officer. Each was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to property related to the earlier call.

Caleb Logan Denny of Rocky Boy, 19, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Sunday at 5:43 a.m. on 13th Street address.

Officers investigated a burglary report after a 12th Avenue caller reported Sunday at 7:57 a.m. that the house was broken into — both doors were open and window broken. An arrest was made, but no further details were provided.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash Sunday at 8:08 a.m. on Seventh Street where a vehicle was reported to have  hit a pole.

Officers investigated a harassment complaint made Sunday at 1:15 p.m.

Waylon Lewis Doney of Chinook, 38, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a First Street West business caller reported Sunday at 2:02 p.m. an employee theft.

Officers issued three summonses  and made an arrest after a Ninth Street caller reported Sunday at 9:52 p.m. that people were in the vacant house nearby. Kristian Rand Honadel of Havre, 23, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing a peace officer and social host; Kate Alanna Lambourne of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession and endangering the welfare of children; Nathan Michael Kennelly of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession and endangering the welfare of children; and a 17-year-old was issued a summons for minor in possession.

Officers investigated a burglary report after a Second Street caller reported Monday at 12:06 p.m. that she was missing her purse and laptop.

Officers investigated a theft after a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest caller made a report Monday at 12:20 p.m.

James Christopher Dahl Jr. of Havre, 30, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Monday at 1:30 p.m. at a motor vehicle crash at Seventh Avenue and Third Street.

Officers investigated a theft report after a U.S. Highway 2 business caller reported Monday at 1:47 p.m. that someone stole shoes.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash Monday at 2:04 p.m. near Second Street and 10th Avenue, where no injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a juvenile status offense after a Washington Avenue caller reported Monday at 2:38 p.m. that her daughter had run away.

Officers investigated a complaint from a caller at a First Street business who reported that a male was stalking her.

Slater Donovan Henry of Great Falls, 20, was arrested this morning at 3:11 on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller from a First Street West business reported at 3:03 that a homeless man might need a place to stay.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Vincent Lawrence Denny of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a charge of possession of paraphernalia Friday at 9:10 a.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

John Glenn Stratton of Havre, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 11:45 a.m. at the detention center.

——

Matthew Charles Chapman of Havre, 26, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Friday at 12:15 p.m. at the detention center.

Deputies investigated a burglary report after a Fifth Street East caller reported Friday at 11:44 p.m. that a male had broken into his apartment, took his Xbox and cords and wouldn’t give them back.

Garrick Allan Ferguson of Box Elder, 44, was transported to the detention center from Rocky Boy Police Saturday at 12:22 a.m. on two Justice or City court warrants and a state District Court warrant.

Deputies investigated  a theft report after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Saturday at 11:22 a.m. that  a laptop and tablet had been stolen.

Deputies investigated a drug offense Saturday at 1:42 p.m. at the detention center.

Deputies investigated  theft report after a Fifth Street, Kremlin, caller reported Saturday at 7:27 p.m. that her boyfriend stole her TV.

Deputies investigated  a theft report after a 15th Street caller reported Sunday at 9:33 a.m. that his fishing gear had been stolen.

James Christopher Dahl Jr. of Havre, 30, was arrested on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs Monday morning at 2:26 p.m. at the detention center.

Lateisha L Granuelas of Great Falls, 19, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal mischief after a Blaine County reported a Road 405 South caller had called 911 Monday at 8:58 p.m. requesting help.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday, three Saturday, eight calls Sunday and seven Monday.

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 12:32 p.m. on the 200 Block of 18th Avenue Northeast, where a stove top fire was reported.
