Havre Police Department

Kyle Webster Brockie of Havre, 33, was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Thursday at 7:17 a.m. at the police department.

Officers investigated a  motor vehicle crash after a Washington Avenue caller reported Thursday at 8:04 a.m. that a bus pulled out in front of a Ford Focus, which prompted the vehicle to steer into a nearby lawn to avoid impact and injuries.

Officers made two arrests Thursday at 4:22 p.m. near a First Street Northeast address. Shayna Lyn Bacon of Havre, 23, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, and Joseph Allen Bernard of Box Elder, 35, was arrested on a pick up and hold order.

Officers investigated after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Thursday at 4:33 p.m. that she was missing her prescription medication.

Claudia Pandora Bell of Havre, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 7:33 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report after a Second Street caller reported Thursday at 9:36 p.m. that someone drove by and shot at an older sedan.

A 16-year-old was arrested on a juvenile curfew violation charge this morning at 3:04 a.m. on 12th Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Lateaya Rose Murie of Box Elder, 18, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants during a motor vehicle stop after a caller in the vicinity of Clear Creek Road reported Thursday at 9:28 a.m. that he saw cans fly out of the vehicle in front of him.

Deputies investigated after a 72nd Avenue West caller reported a burglary Thursday at 5:15 p.m.

Shayna Lyn Bacon of Havre, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 6:54 p.m. at the HCSO.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday.

Fire crews responded to a fire call this morning at 6:30 on the 1200 Block of Second Street, where a gas smell was reported.

Animal Shelter

No report was available from the Havre Animal Shelter by printing deadline this morning.
