Havre Police Department

Joshua James Fredrick Nimmick of Havre, 39, was arrested Thursday at 8:05 a.m. on criminal contempt and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence charges related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Kodie Ellen Gregori of Cut Bank, 21, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children, five counts, after a 16th Street West caller reported Thursday at 1:28 p.m. that  a young child was on the deck, crying, and a 14th Street West caller reported 10 minutes later that two children were wondering the alley.

Officers investigated after a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest caller reported Thursday at 3:15 p.m. that someone passed a check belonging to someone who is dead.

Shannon Tyler of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Thursday at 7:27 p.m. a domestic disturbance.

Officers investigated after a First Street West business caller reported Thursday at 10:11 p.m. that his business had been broken into.

Darrin Kent Torgerson of Havre, 44, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property and violations of conditions release after a 17th Avenue West caller reported Thursday at 11:50 p.m. that a man who was not supposed to have any contact with her was sitting in her garage.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

The sheriff’s office made no arrests or investigations Thursday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday and one today.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female German shepherd and a female Labrador retriever.
