Officers investigated after a Fourth Street caller reported Friday at 12:17 p.m. that she found a silver cracked iPhone.

James John/Russ McConnell of Havre, 41, was arrested on a federal warrant Friday at 5:44 p.m. at the Havre Police Department.

Beulah Faye Carrell of Havre, 49, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children, four counts, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft after someone reported Friday at 8:18 p.m. that personal property had been stolen.

Officers investigated  after a Fourth Street caller reported Friday at 9:10 p.m. that someone shot at his window with a BB gun.

Officers investigated a male laying in a yard near Fifth Avenue Friday at 10:54 p.m.

Officers investigated after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation was reported Saturday at 8:26 a.m.

Officers investigated after a Sixth Avenue caller reported Saturday at 3:06 p.m. that a patient was missing narcotics.

Officers made two arrests after a Ninth Avenue Northwest caller reported a domestic disturbance Saturday at 11:43 p.m. Darrin Hurbert Freeman of Havre, 45, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge, and Dennis Stanley Freeman of Havre, 46, was arrested on PFMA and probation violation charges.

Luci Rose Jones of Harlem, 39, was arrested on an obstructing a peace officer or other public servant charge and a state District Court warrant Sunday near 15th Avenue.

Marcella Jean Noland of Havre, 46, was arrested on charges of expired registration, failure to produce proof of insurance, turning when unsafe to do so and a Justice or City court warrant today at 1:10 a.m near a First Street business. 

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A deputy initiated investigation of a theft, fraud or forgery near Sixth Street North Friday at 9:41 a.m.

Deputies made an arrest Friday at 5:35 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated after a Northern Montana Hospital employee reported Friday at 7:45 p.m. that a patient was bit by a dog in Hingham.

Matthew Allen Bell of Havre, 35, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Saturday at 8:52 p.m. near a First Street business.

——

Deputies investigated after a business owner reported Sunday at 9:56 a.m. that a firework booth was broken into the night before and fireworks were taken.

——

Deputies investigated after an 11th Street North caller reported Sunday at 11:24 a.m. that he was being hit by a woman and there are children around.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, four Saturday and three Sunday.

Fire crews responded to the 1800 Block of Washington Avenue Sunday at 11:25 p.m. where a grass fire had been reported. There was no fire found and no one had been hurt. No further investigation was needed.

Fire crews responded to the 800 Block of 10th Avenue North Sunday at 11:44 p.m. where about a quarter of an acre had a grass fire. The fire is suspected to have been started by fireworks. The fire was put out with minimal damage and no one was cited.

 

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning two male Australian shepherds, a male chihuahua and a female border collie-Labrador retriever mix.
