Officers investigated after a First Street business caller reported Monday at 4 p.m. that a black sedan took off without paying for $17 in gas.

Officers investigated after a Third Street caller reported Monday at 5:34 p.m. that a bike was stolen out of the front yard.

Officers made two arrests and issued a summons after a U.S. Highway 2 East business caller reported Monday at 7:29 p.m. that occupants in a small black truck “appeared to be up to no good.” Brady Leian Stimson of Havre, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant; Jonahs James Demontiney of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and a probation violation; and a 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of obstructing a peace officer, two counts, theft of lost or mislaid property, juvenile curfew violation and underage tobacco possession or consumption.

Joshua Lee Tonasket of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a 10th Avenue caller reported Monday at 9:59 p.m. that he was “fighting with dad.”

Officers investigated after a Jefferson Avenue caller reported Monday at 10:15 p.m. that their window had been broken by a BB “or something.”
