Officers arrested Wendall Van Kee Howard of Havre, 24, on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and violation of child restraint Monday at 1:11 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on 13th Street West.

Officers arrested a 14-year-old on a pick up and hold after the Missoula Police Department requested Monday at 1:50 p.m assistance with a runaway juvenile.

Officers investigated after a woman reported Monday at 2:42 p.m. that she needed to press charges on a lady who was holding her son in the area.

Officers issued summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations to a 16-year-old after a 10th Avenue caller reported Monday at 7:50 p.m. that her daughter walked out of the house without permission.

Officers arrested Andrew James Whitemountain of Havre, 43, on a Justice or City court warrant after a Sixth Avenue caller reported Monday at 9:55 p.m. that a man and woman were fighting and things were being thrown around.

Officers issued summonses on charges of juvenile curfew violations to a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old today at 12:25 a.m. after a First Street Northeast caller reported Monday at 11:37 p.m. that her daughter took off.

The Sheriff’s Department did not report any arrests or investigations.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical and fire crews did not respond to any calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning six medium-haired, one long-haired and two short-haired cats.
